Yikes!
Has it been over a year since I wrote to you?
How time flies when you are having fun.
Julia and I have certainly been enjoying ourselves here in Portland,
Oregon, and Washington. We moved here over two years ago this month and feel that
Oregon is our home now. California seems like a distant dream, like tears in
the rain.
Anyway, even with the restrictions of the horrible plague of COVID we
have experienced so many wonderful adventures over the last two years. Below
are videos of these amazing trips and hikes. If you haven’t already seen these films,

Hello 2023
However, what I really wanted to share with you is the update I’ve
made to Julia’s and my website. Things have been generally tidied up, but new
things have been added too.
Julia and I started trying to create music this year. You’ll find
our musical
recordings on the site now.
I made a change to the display of my artwork. If you
click on a piece of art, it will now open the full work for you to see it in
more detail.
I added direct access to Julia’s plant-based cooking website: Your Care Plan.
Here you’ll find many delicious
and healthy recipes.
Our films

have been moved to their own page. Please enjoy all our films for free on
YouTube
and our books are all available on Amazon and other
book distributors.
